We chose Mexico as our first country to 'explore' because we really see it as a hidden jewel. Its JUST south of the United States, and its visited by thousands every year, but how many people really know that Mexico is 5th in the world in species diversity? Most people visit the beaches without even thinking its got a lot of plants and animals to be discovered. In fact, its got a lot of 'largest in the world", "most in the world", and I think ,"coolest in the world."
