Injuries

Now that we've finished the first leg of our trip up Vancouver island, we have a chance to rest. Its a well needed rest. In fact, we have the whole day on the boat to take care of Joseph and myself.

Joseph has an injured hand. I'll have to do the typing for him from now on. He has always had problems with his hands falling asleep. Now his index and middle fingers and thumb on his right hand won't wake up. Its been over 24 hours now with no sensation.

Rob has suffered from climbing up the steep hills and suffered a knee injury. I feel that a little rest and stretching will probably cure the problem.
